# For Developers

QMS is EVM-compatible, so if you have built on Ethereum you already know most of what you need. This section shows you how to connect, deploy, and build on QMS with the tools you already use.

{% hint style="info" %}
QMS Testnet runs the current release of the protocol, which does not yet include everything described in the [Overview](/overview.md). [EVM Compatibility](/for-developers/evm-compatibility.md) lists exactly what differs from Ethereum today.
{% endhint %}

## In this section

* [EVM Compatibility](/for-developers/evm-compatibility.md) lists what differs from Ethereum on QMS Testnet. Anything not listed works as it does on Ethereum.
* [Network and RPC](/for-developers/network-and-rpc.md) has the endpoints, chain ID, and explorer to point your tools at.
* [Deploy a smart contract](/for-developers/deploy-a-smart-contract.md) deploys an existing Ethereum contract to QMS with Foundry or Hardhat, with no code changes.
* [Tools and wallets](/for-developers/tools-and-wallets.md) lists the standard EVM tooling that works with QMS and how to set it up.
