# Onboarding

This section helps you get connected to QMS Testnet and ready to transact. Because QMS works with standard Ethereum tools, adding the network and connecting a wallet takes only a few minutes. Use the network details below to add the chain, then follow the pages in this section to connect your wallet and make your first transaction.

## Before you start

You need an EVM wallet that lets you add a network by its RPC URL, for example MetaMask, Rabby, or OKX Wallet. You do not need real funds. The test tokens you need for transactions come from the faucet, described in [Make your first transaction](/onboarding/make-your-first-transaction.md).

QMS Testnet is a test network. Its state may be reset at any time, and its tokens have no value. Do not send real assets to it.
